  • When Can I Move In?
    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in by registering online or in our office. Our access hours are: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.​ and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m You must check-in with a staff member during regular business hours to activate your entry code before accessing your unit.
  • How much notice do I need to give to move out?
    We ask that you give us at least 7 days.
  • Do I need to sign a lease?
    Yes. We rent on a month-to-month basis with billing due starting on the 1st of the month.
  • How do I know how much space I need?
    You can always call us and we can help you or you can refer to our size guide. (Link to size guide)
  • Do I need to bring my own lock?
    No, we provide you with a free lock during our current special. Additional locks are sold in the office. Locks are $10.99 plus tax.
  • Are there items I am not allowed to store?
    Yes. Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, biological contaminants, and food/perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Office Hours: Monday - Friday ; 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday ; 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Closed Sundays Gate Hours. Keypad Entry 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. 365 Days
  • How do I rent a unit outside of your normal business hours?
    You can do an online rental, however, you must check in with a staff member during regular business hours to activate your gate code and get your lock before accessing your unit.
  • What do you mean by 'climate-controlled' exactly?
    We offer Heat, Air Conditioning, and Dehumidification. Our humidity sensors are placed throughout the building and when the humidity goes above 55% our dehumidification kicks in to keep your valuables free of mold and mildew.
  • Do you have restroom facilities?
    Yes.
  • How do I make a payment?
    Your monthly payment will be automatically drawn from your credit card on the same day as your move-in date. You will also soon be able to log in to your account through our website to make a payment. Link to Account coming soon.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    AMEX, Visa, Mastercard and Discover
  • Do I need insurance?
    Yes, you are required to have insurance, either through your homeowners/renters policy or we offer insurance through Bader. www.baderco.com
  • Do you offer a military discount?
    Yes. We offer %10 OFF for a military discount.
